The accident happened in South America when a bulldozer that was excavating fell into the Amazon River,(On 2 images you can see the sunken bulldozer) while people performed work on a gas line. The operator who was driving the bulldozer broke the glass to free himself, but injuries from glass-cuts, the blood emanated to attract the wild piranhas.in addition 3 dead fish were found in his internal cavity not sure if 1 or 2 were piranhas.
